The following guidelines are applied to all live animal shipments and in both origin location and destination location.
- If temperatures are Below 38 Degrees Fahrenheit in ether origin or destination location, Lizzy’s Lizards will not ship.
- If temperatures are above 100 degrees Fahrenheit in ether origin or destination location, Lizzy’s Lizards will not ship.
At this time Lizzy’s Lizards will only ship on a Tuesday or a Wednesday.
This list will go in order of what you should expect when purchasing from Lizzy’s Lizards.
- Once Customer places an order and payment is received, Lizzy’s Lizards will reach out to discuss shipping date. Currently shipping days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
- When shipping date is discussed and confirmed, Lizzy’s Lizards will create a shipping label and Customer should receive the tracking number.
- On day of shipment date customer will receive an email informing that the package has been shipped. Lizzy’s Lizards asks Customer to monitor the shipping progress closely.
- The following morning Customer should pick-up the package from their local Fedex ship center within 2 hours of package being ready for pickup. If package is being delivered to the customers residence then Customer must have a person at home to receive the package. Monitoring package progress during Shipping is customers responsibility. Lizzy’s Lizards will also be monitoring shipping progress periodically.
- Customer has 2 hours after package is delivered or ready for pickup to contact Lizzy’s Lizards if there is a DOA with video and image evidence. After the 2 hour window customer voids any sort of compensation or Refunds.
This list will go in order of what you should expect when purchasing from Lizzy’s Lizards during the winter months. Lizzy’s Lizards will not ship animals when temperatures are below 35 degrees Fahrenheit for the animals safety. Shipping days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
- Once Customer places an order and payment is received Lizzy’s Lizards will monitor the weather in both sender and destination locations and wait for safe temperatures in both locations. Temperatures must be above 38 degrees Fahrenheit in both locations. This could take as short as a week or as long as a few months until winter is over.
- When Lizzy’s Lizards finds a safe Tuesday or Wednesday to ship on, Lizzy’s lizards will inform the customer and confirm if that date works for the Customer.
