Live arrival Guarantee
Lizzy’s lizards guarantees 100% live arrival. If animal is Dead on arrival (DOA) refund of animal minus shipping & tax’s will be refunded. In case of DOA customer is responsible for sending video and picture evidence within 3 hours of package arrival/ready for pickup.
*Circumstances live arrival guarantee is voided*
⁃ When choosing FedEx ship center pick-up. Package is not picked up within 2 hours of package ready for pickup.
⁃ When choosing home delivery, sending video/image evidence to Lizzy’s lizards within 1 hour of package delivered.
⁃ Shipping delays due to inaccurate shipping address provided by customer.
⁃ Shipping delays due to carrier mishandling.
customer must contact Lizzy’s lizards to coordinate shipping days after purchase is made.
⁃ customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
⁃ FedEx priority overnight is the only shipping option for shipping reptiles Tuesday and Wednesdays only. shipping ranges from $35-$100.
⁃ Shipping permitted only when weather is between 35-95 degrees Fahrenheit. When temperatures is too hot or too cold.
⁃ Tail-loss may happen during shipping, lizzy’s lizards is not responsible if this does happen.
⁃ If package is scheduled for FedEx ship center pick-up, customer must pickup the package within 8 hours. If customer does not pickup within 8 hours, package will be returned and shipped back to Lizzy’s lizards. In this case no refund will be given, as well as future inquiries will be declined.

*DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, FEDEX HAS SUSPENDED ALL GUARANTEES AND THE NUMBER OF DELAYS HAS GONE UP.
WE ARE PACKAGING THE ANIMALS TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES BUT FOR THAT REASON WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO GUARANTEE PACKAGES THAT GET DELAYED AN EXTRA DAY. DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE STORE CREDIT.
Returns & Refunds
In case of DOA full refund of the price of the animal minus shipping cost and fees will be issued. In case DOA or death on arrival photographic and video evidence must be provided no exceptions.
Failure to be present for delivery, or failure to pick up your animal within 2 hours of arrival at a Fed-Ex Facility voids the live arrival guarantee and any refund.
When picking up the package at a local FedEx ship center if package has not been picked up from FedEx within 8 hours of package being ready for pickup, package will be shipped and returned back to me. In that situation no refunds will be issued as well as future inquiries will be declined.
If customer puts payment down on a reptile and then decides to back out, that money will not be refunded.
Returns will be accepted , however customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. In case of returns no refunds will be issued.
